Returns - how to proceed
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days from the date you received your order. Follow the steps below for a smooth return process:
How to register your return
- Register your return - Visit our return portal: shopunderstatement.com/returns and enter your order number and email address.
- Follow the instructions - After registering, you will receive an email with further instructions. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
- Review Return Conditions - We reserve the right to decline a refund if items show signs of wear, washing, or use.
Important return information:
- The right of withdrawal, return, and exchange does not apply to sealed items or products with removed tags due to hygiene and health reasons. If a product shows clear signs of use, we reserve the right to decline a refund.
- If you return part of a bundle purchase, the original discount will be proportionally adjusted to the remaining items.
- Refunds are always processed to the original payment method. If you choose to arrange your own return shipping, you are responsible for the cost and must keep proof of shipment until your return is confirmed.

If you would prefer to use a return carrier of your own choice, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost. Please ensure that you keep proof of your return postage until we have confirmed your refund.
