Returns - how to proceed

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days from the date you received your order. Follow the steps below for a smooth return process:

How to register your return

  1. Review Return Conditions: We reserve the right to decline a refund if items show signs of wear, washing, or use.
  2. Go to our return portalshopunderstatement.com/returns 
  3. Enter your order details: Enter your order number and the email address or zip code used when placing your order.
  4. Follow the instructionsOnce your return has been registered, you will receive further instructions by email. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Important return information

Before sending your return, please make sure the items meet our return conditions:

  • The right of withdrawal, return, and exchange does not apply to sealed items or products with removed tags due to hygiene and health reasons. If a product shows clear signs of use, we reserve the right to decline a refund.
  • If you return part of a bundle purchase, the original discount will be proportionally adjusted to the remaining items.
  • Refunds are always processed to the original payment method. If you choose to arrange your own return shipping, you are responsible for the cost and must keep proof of shipment until your return is confirmed.
  • If your order includes a free panty, for example, "Buy 1 Bralette, Get 1 Free Panty"
    Return only panty → no refund (it was free)
    Return only bralette → value of panty will be deducted
    Return both → full refund for bralette


Using your own return carrier

If you prefer to use a return carrier of your own choice, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please make sure to keep proof of postage until your return has been received and your refund has been confirmed by us.
