What changes can be made?
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed or that any order changes can be made. However, please contact us as soon as possible at customer@shopunderstatement.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
What happens if I’m not home at the time of delivery?
For security reasons, we are unable to completely change the shipping address. However, we can make small adjustments, such as adding a street number or correcting minor details. If needed, we can also help you recall the package.
Early Bird: If your delivery is made with Early Bird and they are unable to find you during the first two delivery attempts, the package will be delivered to the nearest Bring pickup point. You will receive an update about this, and Bring will notify you when your package is ready for pickup.
Budbee: If your delivery is made with Budbee and you are not home, you can:
Reschedule the delivery for a new time via the Budbee app.
Leave delivery instructions, such as allowing the package to be left outside your door or with a neighbor.
Contact Budbee’s customer service via the app or their website for further assistance.
Important note about UPS deliveries
Please note that UPS does not allow us to change the delivery method from an Access Point to home delivery once the order has left our warehouse.
To manage and track your delivery, we recommend using the carrier’s app or website based on your selected shipping method. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us!
