We understand that it can be frustrating when your tracking link doesn't update right after receiving your shipping confirmation. Here are some things to keep in mind:

Tracking update delay

• It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update. The carrier needs time to scan the package and register it in their system.
• If there is still no update after 24 hours, check again later the same day.

High order volume

• Sometimes, we experience high order volumes, which may cause slight delays in processing and shipping your order.
• We’re truly sorry if this has happened and are working as quickly as possible to get your order shipped.

What can you do?

• Check your tracking link again after 24 hours.
