My return shows as delivered, have you received it?Updated 18 days ago

If you return with DHL, you may have been notified: ‘’The shipment has been successfully delivered.‘’ While the tracking status may show as delivered, this refers to delivery to our sorting hub in Germany, and the parcel is still on its way to our warehouse in Sweden.

Once the return has arrived and been processed at our warehouse, we’ll of course issue the refund and send you a confirmation email.
