If you are based in the EU or EEA and place an order with Understatement, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. This is your statutory right under EU and EEA consumer law.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Once you've submitted the form, return the item(s) within 14 days. We'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return. The return shipping cost is deducted from your refund. If you choose to use our prepaid return label, the cost is 39 SEK within Sweden and from €4.99 to 15€ internationally, deducted from your refund.

Please note

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal or tags have been removed after delivery.
