We want to make your returns as simple as possible! Here’s everything you need to know about our return process and our return fees.

Returns & Return fees

Within Sweden:

• For standard returns, a flat return fee of 39 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

Outside Sweden:

• For standard returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label (cost ranging from €4.99 to €10), and the fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Please note that import duties for return shipments are not covered by Understatement.
• Register your return easily via our return portal. 

Important to know

• Sealed & Hygiene-Sensitive Items: The right of withdrawal, return, or exchange does not apply to sealed goods or products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal, tags, or labels have been removed after delivery.
• Unused Items Only: Returns are only accepted if the items are in original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if products show signs of wear, washing, or use
