If your order isn’t picked up within the estimated time from the local delivery office or service point, it will be returned to us. 

We kindly ask that you reach out to us at [email protected] as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help you receive your order. 

Important information

Please note that if the package isn’t collected in time, handling fees will be deducted from your refund, and shipping charges will not be refunded.
