Return Guide - How to make a return
We want to make it easy for you to return an item if you're not satisfied with your purchase. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it.
Important information before returning an item
Before registering your return, please make sure your item meets our return conditions:
- Hygiene restrictions: The right of withdrawal, return or exchange does not apply to sealed goods or products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if their labels or seals have been removed after delivery.
- Used or damaged products: Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. If an item shows visible signs of use, damage, or does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
- Original tags and labels: Items must be returned with all original tags and labels attached. If tags or labels have been removed, your refund may be refused.
- If your order includes a free panty (Buy 1 Bralette, Get 1 Free Panty):
- Return only panty → no refund (it was free)
- Return only bralette → value of panty will be deducted
- Return both → full refund for bralette

- Register Your Return: Enter your order number and email address or zip code to start the return process.
- Follow the Instructions: Once your return is registered, you will receive further instructions via email.
