What should I do if I didn’t receive a return label?Updated 12 days ago

If you didn’t receive a return label, no worries! Here are your options:

  1. Make sure your return/exchange is registered
    Please ensure that you have registered your return or exchange on our return page. Once registered, you’ll receive your return label directly via email.

  2. Check your spam/junk folder
    First, please check your spam or junk folder in case the return label was sent there by mistake.

  3. Reach out to customer support
    If you’d still cannot find the prepaid return label, simply reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number/case number. We’ll send the return label to you as soon as possible.

Important Note:

  • Please make sure to bring your invoice papers directly to the post office or pickup point when dropping off your return. Do not include them in the return package itself.
  • Leave the package at the designated drop-off point that matches the shipping 
    carrier printed on your return label (e.g.UPS, DHL, Local post office etc.). This helps ensure that your return is processed without delays.
