What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered and the tracking information hasn't been updated?Updated 17 days ago

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in the delivery of your order. Please note that it is normal for there to be no updates for a few days. It is very likely that your order is still being processed, is still in transit and pending for a transit flight. If you do not receive your order within a week from the last update, please reach out to us again. 

In the event that your order is indicated as delivered but you have not received it, please check the following before contacting us:

  • Reconfirm if the delivery address is correct and if your last name is visible on the mailbox or front door.
  • Check with other household members to see if they have received the package on your behalf.
  • Look around for the package in secure or safe locations such as the lobby, front door, mail room, or designated safe spot.
  • Enquire with neighbours in case the package was mistakenly delivered to them.
  • Contact your local post office with the tracking number to see if the package is there for pickup.
