If you have received a refund but the amount seems incorrect, please check the following:

• Return fee: A fixed return fee is deducted from your refund - 39 SEK for returns within Sweden or between €4.99 - €10 for international returns.

• Non-Refundable items: The right of withdrawal, return, or exchange does not apply to sealed goods or items unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene if their tags have been removed after delivery. If a product shows clear signs of wear, washing, or is missing its original tags, we reserve the right to decline a refund. If your return is not approved for a refund, our return team will contact you with further details.

• Discount codes & Bundle pricing: If you used a discount code or purchased items at a discounted bundle price, the discount may have been distributed across multiple products. If you return part of your order, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
