If you have received your refund but the amount seems incorrect, there may be a few reasons why the refunded amount is lower than expected. Please check the information below.

• Return fee: A fixed return fee is deducted from your refund. For returns within Sweden, the return fee is 39 SEK. For international returns, the return fee ranges from €4.99 to €10, depending on your location and return method.
• Non-Refundable items: The right of withdrawal, return, or exchange does not apply to sealed goods or items unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene if their tags have been removed after delivery. If a product shows clear signs of wear, washing, or is missing its original tags, we reserve the right to decline a refund. If your return is not approved for a refund, our return team will contact you with further details.
• Discount codes & Bundle pricing: If you used a discount code or purchased items in a discounted bundle, the discount may have been applied across multiple products in your order. If you return only a part of your order, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
