All of our gift cards are sent electronically to the email used as checkout. If you have not received your gift card via email within 24 hours you may need to double-check your junk/spam folder in case it has landed there by mistake. Please make sure to unmark it as spam so all future gift cards go straight to your inbox. 

The gift card code is containing a mixture of numbers and letters. This is different to the order number 52XXXXX(only digits) for your gift card.

We recommend copying & pasting this directly at check out ensuring there are no spaces.
