Why haven't my package left the warehouse yet?Updated a month ago

We know it's frustrating when your tracking link doesn't update right after receiving your shipping confirmation. A few things to keep in mind:

Tracking update delay

• It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update, since the carrier needs time to scan the package and register it in their system.
• If your tracking hasn’t updated within 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation, please check again later the same day. 

High order volume

• Sometimes we experience high order volumes, which may cause slight delays in processing and shipping your order.
• We’re truly sorry if this has happened and are working to get your order out as quickly as possible.

What you can do:

• Check your tracking link again after 24 hours.
• If there is still no tracking update after one business day or if you suspect something is wrong, feel free to contact us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist you.
