How to report an issue and pause your Klarna paymentUpdated 22 days ago

You can pause the payment for items that are incorrect, faulty, or damaged in the Klarna app.

If something went wrong with your order from Understatement, please contact us first at [email protected], and we’ll help sort it out as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, you can pause your Klarna invoice like this:

  1. Open the Klarna app and go to “Orders”

  2. Select your Understatement order

  3. Tap “Report a problem” and follow the steps

This will pause your payment until the issue is resolved. You’ll be able to track the status of your case directly in the Klarna app.
