I paid with Klarna Invoice and want to return my product. Do I still need to pay the invoice?Updated 19 days ago

If you paid with Klarna invoice and wish to return your product, you don’t need to pay the invoice while your return is being processed. However, to avoid reminders or late fees, please follow these steps:

  1. Report your return to Klarna
    Log in to the Klarna app or Klarna online, find your purchase, and select "Report a return". This will pause your invoice until the return has been processed.

  2. Return the product
    Follow our return instructions and use the return shipping label provided with your order. We recommend keeping the tracking number so you can monitor the return.

  3. Wait for confirmation
    Once we have received and processed your return, Klarna will update your invoice accordingly. If you have already paid, Klarna will issue a refund.
