If you’ve returned your order, here’s what happens next:

Important: Mark the order as a return in the Klarna app to pause your invoice while the return is being processed. This helps avoid payment reminders during the return period.

Once your return arrives and is processed:

1. We notify Klarna of the approved return.

2. Klarna updates your payment plan:

   • Full return = your invoice is canceled or refunded in full.

   • Partial return = your invoice is adjusted to reflect the items kept.

Refunds are handled by Klarna and may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your payment method.
